Taylor-Fletcher pens new deal

Forward Gary Taylor-Fletcher has signed a new two-year contract with Blackpool, with an option for a further 12 months.

The 27-year-old has scored 11 goals in 85 appearances for the Seasiders, having moved to Bloomfield Road from Huddersfield Town in the summer of 2007.

Taylor-Fletcher told the club's official website: "I have been talking for a while about a new deal and I am delighted that it is all finally sorted.

"I have enjoyed my time here and, with just a year left, you start to think what could happen, but I have been talking with the club secretary and the chairman about sorting a new deal for a few weeks now.

"I am delighted to have signed for the next couple of years, especially when you look at the lads we have got and the progress we have made."
