Seasiders take De Lucas on trial
The 30-year-old Spaniard, who is currently with Real Murcia in his homeland, played the first half of Saturday's 4-2 win over League One outfit Oldham, and is likely to be given another chance to impress against Everton on Tuesday. De Lucas set up Ben Burgess to equalise after Pawel Abbott had given the Latics the lead at Boundary Park, before Keith Southern put the visitors ahead. Abbott struck again to ensure that the two sides went in level, but two second-half goals from Brett Ormerod gave Holloway's side the spoils.
