Seasiders recall on-loan defender

The 18-year-old only last week agreed a month-long extension to his stay at Whaddon Road which would have taken him until the end of January. But red cards to Seasiders defenders Ian Evatt and Rob Edwards during last weekend's FA Cup defeat to Ipswich have left manager Ian Holloway short of options at the back. Meanwhile, Saturday's postponed game against Hereford has been quickly rescheduled for Tuesday March 2, kicking off at 7.45pm. Elsewhere, former Robins boss Martin Allen has taken up a role of part-time scout for Championship side QPR following his December departure.
