Blackpool have allowed midfielder Jamie Burns to join Bury on a month's loan with a view to extending the deal until the end of the season.
The 22-year-old has not figured since the turn of the year after suffering an ankle injury, but now he is back to full fitness boss Simon Grayson is keen to get some first-team action under his belt.
The Seasiders boss says Burns figures in his plans for the future but believes a spell at Gigg Lane will do him good.
Grayson told the club's official website: "Jamie has been a bit unlucky with injuries and now he is fit again he is desperate to play games.
"Hopefully he will play some football and enjoy the experience of being at another club."
