Results have slipped since manager Simon Grayson left for Leeds, with only two wins in 11 games under the joint stewardship of Tony Parkes and Steve Thompson.[LNB]The dip in form has left the Seasiders just five points above the drop zone but Oyston is refusing to panic.[LNB]"I think we are all of the view that we need to do all we can to retain our Championship status, we all know it would be a massive backward step to go back down into League One," he told the club's official website.[LNB]"I am less fearful than the chairmen of all those teams below us, I wouldn't swap places with any of them.[LNB]"I am confident we can stay in the Championship again this season."[LNB][LNB]
