Holloway will still be without midfielder Joe Martin, who is struggling with a shoulder injury, while Daniel Nardiello (hip), Danny Coid (leg) and Steve McPhee (knee) are long-term absentees. Full-back Stephen Crainey and striker Ben Burgess (both groin) featured in Saturday's 2-2 draw at Watford after shaking off injuries and will be available again. Arsenal loanee Jay Emmanuel Thomas, who made his full debut at Vicarage Road, has been given permission to play in the competition by the Gunners. Holloway only has a small squad to choose from but the likes of Ishmel Demontagnac and Al Bangura will push for starts while Rob Edwards and Brett Ormerod, who were rested at the weekend, could return.
