Blackpool chairman Karl Oyston has defended the decision to leave their Bloomfield Road pitch uncovered before the game with Sheffield Wednesday.Some supporters were unhappy as the game was called off after the pitch remained uncovered the previous night despite forecasts of heavy frost.
