Blackpool are to keen to bring in a loan striker to bolster their goalscoring prowess, as they struggle to adjust to life in the Championship.
The Seasiders are currently in the relegation places, having won just two of their 14 league games this season, scoring only 17 goals.
Assistant manager Tony Parkes told the Blackpool Gazette: "We are having a problem scoring goals.
"We are creating a few chances but we are struggling to get the ball in the net.
"We are always looking around for new players, but I think we need a little bit more firepower up front.
"I think all teams that do well have about five strikers and I think we need to add to what we've got.
"No disrespect to the strikers we've got, but we need competition for places."
