Blackpool boss Simon Grayson has added two new players to his squad ahead of their Championship campaign with the signings of Gary Taylor-Fletcher and Stephen Crainey.

Huddersfield Town striker Taylor-Fletcher has joined the Seasiders for an undisclosed fee.

Meanwhile, Scotland international Crainey has agreed a one-year contract at Bloomfield Road, following his release by Leeds United at the end of last season.

The 26-year-old full-back also has an option for a further year on his contract should he impress Grayson.

"It's every footballers' dream to play as high as possible and I can't thank Blackpool enough for giving me the opportunity to get here and to play in the Championship," Taylor-Fletcher told the club's official website.

"Some of the lads are great footballers, so I think we could surprise a few people."
