Blackpool defender Neil Eardley believes the club will miss striker DJ Campbell following his red card against Wolves on Saturday. Campbell is banned for three games, starting with Monday's fixture against Carlo Ancelotti's Chelsea. "He's scored a lot of goals for us this season so he'll be a great loss," Eardley told BBC Radio Lancashire. "We're already missing Charlie [Adam - Blackpool captain] through suspension, so the other lads need to step up." Campbell was dismissed for pushing Wolves defender Richard Stearman in the face during The 29-year-old later tweeted: "I've let my team-mates and you [the fans] down. I know I play with too much passion but that's how I am. I wish I could take it back." Eardley, meanwhile, hopes it is just a one-off offence for the player who has already scored 10 goals this season. "I don't know what sparked it off to be honest, I didn't really see," said the Wales international. "DJ knows he was in the wrong and he's not that type of lad. But you can't raise your hands and he'd admit it was probably heat of the moment."
