Parkes hands Rachubka hope

Rachubka has not featured for the Seasiders since his red card at Crystal Palace last month due to the recent form of Matt Gilks.[LNB]Parkes told the Blackpool Gazette: "Paul knocked on my door and asked what he had done wrong. I told him he'd done nothing wrong.[LNB]"He was unlucky to get sent off. But Matt has done nothing wrong since I gave him the shirt so it's a case of he has to lose that shirt before Paul gets back in.[LNB]"You've just got to work hard and see what happens. They have to train hard and catch your eye, they have to show good attitude day in, day out and it's the way they will get back in.[LNB]"Some players left out of the side might let their training go down a little bit, a kind of 'well the manager doesn't like me so I'll let my training go down a few notches'. That isn't the way it works. I've got a squad of players to pick from and if somebody is doing that he is only fooling himself."[LNB][LNB]
