The on-loan Rangers star was shown a straight red card on his debut in Saturday's 3-2 home defeat to Doncaster following a challenge on Richie Wellens.[LNB]Adam will serve a three-match ban for violent conduct, ruling him out of the forthcoming games against Ipswich, Derby and Watford.[LNB]Parkes said: "He will be out for three games and he will be missed because he is different from what we've got.[LNB]"He is left-footed, strong, put two or three good shots in and is good on set plays so we didn't want him suspended.[LNB]"He has played at a good level, in Old Firm games and in the Champions League, so he has a lot of experience and a lot of quality and we don't like losing players with that kind of quality."[LNB][LNB]
