Ormerod: Holloway deserves credit

Former Bristol Rovers, QPR, Plymouth and Leicester manager Holloway was installed as Tony Parkes successor in the summer and the Seasiders have won four and drawn four of their 11 league matches to lie ninth in the table. Ormerod told the Blackpool Gazette: "The gaffer has changed the mindset from that of a team punching above its weight to one that believes it should be in this league and should be doing well. "The gaffer has brought the lads together in such a way that everyone wants to do well for each other, no matter who is picked. Everyone does his best for the team and it's a very close squad." Ormerod added: "I think doing well against Everton and Wigan gave the lads a lot of belief and nine tenths of this game is belief. "As a squad we are looking up instead of down, which is a change in mentality."
