Ollie will be handed Barker cash
Highly-rated defender Barker, 26, has signed a three-year-deal with Derby after the clubs agreed an undisclosed fee.
Asked whether the money would be re-invested in new players, Oyston said: "Of course it will.
"Ian has already identified a number of players he would like us to sign and we have made a number of offers to a number of clubs for their players and we are waiting to hear back from the various clubs, players and agents."
