Ollie slams Seasiders commitment

Holloway was not happy with the commitment of his team at Spotland and warned they must raise their game if they are to stay in his plans. He told the club's official website: "We've got a lot of work to do yet to be honest. I wasn't very happy with a lot of things, particularly second half. "They should be showing me how much they want to play for Blackpool, not the other way around. It's a case of them understanding what I will accept. "If they are going to accept someone not working as hard as them there's a fundamental flaw, not just in the one who isn't working as hard, but in the ones who are accepting that he's not. "We've got a game on Tuesday so lets see if the next team I select actually listen to what I said, have a go at it and try and do it a bit better against Carlisle."
