Ollie follows Burnley blueprint
The Clarets won promotion from the Championship last term to reach the top flight for the first time in 33 years.
Holloway freely admits he is jealous of Owen Coyle's men, but is quietly confident of bringing success to Bloomfield Road following his recent appointment as boss.
Holloway told the Blackpool Gazette: "You've only got to look up the road to see what can happen to a very proud football club like ourselves in Burnley.
"We might all be a bit jealous of Burnley, but hats off to them. They've done it the correct way and that's what I want to do."
