Ollie eager for first victory
The Seasiders have drawn all four of their opening matches but Holloway believes his players' desire and work-rate will soon be rewarded.
Holloway said: "The first win will set the ball rolling. It is all about energy.
"When it comes, it will be a nice feeling but I guarantee we will have to earn it."
