No complacency from Grayson

Blackpool manager Simon Grayson has told his players not to rest on their laurels as they prepare for life in the Championship.

The Seasiders won promotion via the play-offs last season thanks to a fantastic late run of form and Grayson has added Gary Taylor-Fletcher, John Hills, Stephen Crainey and Michael Flynn to his squad this summer.

But Grayson is determined not to be complacent, telling the Blackpool Citizen: "What we did last season was a fantastic achievement and what certain individuals did last season was a fantastic achievement, but everyone starts afresh again.

"Everyone has got something to work towards and that's being included in the starting eleven on August 11."
