Blackpool manager Steve McMahon has sensationally reversed his decision to resign from his position with the Nationwide Division Two club.
The former England midfielder has been in charge for just over three years at Bloomfield Road, guiding the Tangerines to promotion from Division Three in 2001 and to LDV Vans Trophy success the following season.
He had previously had a four-year stint in charge of Swindon Town.
Seemingly McMahon's final game in charge of the Seasiders came in the 2-1 defeat at Port Vale on Wednesday night, but after the club announced that he was leaving the club, McMahon stated that he had decided not to exit Bloomfield Road after all.
Blackpool are currently 14th in the Second Division, having lost their last four games in all competitions.
McMahon was reported to have applied for the vacant manager's job at Second Division rivals Oldham Athletic.
