League One strugglers Blackpool have swooped to sign Hull City defender Marc Joseph on a two-and-a-half year deal.
The player had only just returned to the KC Stadium following a two-month loan spell at Bristol City, which was wrecked by injury problems leading to Robins boss Gary Johnson opting against keeping him at Ashton Gate.
However, he is now fully fit and featured for 14 minutes as a substitute in the Seasiders' 1-0 win against Oldham at Bloomfield Road on Tuesday, before wrapping up the permanent switch on Wednesday morning.
His move to Blackpool brings an end to his three-year stint with the Tigers, where he made 89 appearances and scored just one goal.
