Blackpool have completed the signings of Oldham Athletic defender Neal Eardley and former Walsall winger Ishmel Demontagnac.
Wales international Eardley, 20, joins for an undisclosed fee, having signed an initial two-year contract with the Seasiders.
Twenty-one-year-old Demontagnac has penned a one-year deal after impressing while on trial at Bloomfield Road.
Meanwhile, Pool boss Ian Holloway has admitted that he has missed out on a number of targets over the course of the summer.
He told the Blackpool Gazette: "The balance of my squad is nowhere near what I want. I will try to bring quality in because that is the only proper way to do it.
"I had a few loan deals lined up, but they have all chosen to go somewhere else."
