Holloway promotes winter break

Blackpool manager Ian Holloway would prefer to be watching a film, not football, over the festive period. Holloway, whose team face Manchester United on Saturday, will entertain Liverpool on Boxing Day. But he said: "What I find hard to understand is we are playing five or six games in one month. What is that all about? "A winter break? That would be lovely. As a member of the British public I would not want to go out on Boxing Day in the freezing cold. "I would rather stay at home with my family and watch a film. Family is what it is all about. "Travelling the length and breadth of the country, it's crazy. We should stay at home and have some turkey."
