Holloway: Play-off dream is alive

The Seasiders have been hovering around the top six for much of the campaign, but three successive defeats had seemingly put paid to their promotion dream.[LNB]But Holloway's men ended that unwanted sequence with a 2-0 success over Middlesbrough in midweek and he is urging his players to continue in the same vein.[LNB]"After three defeats in a row everybody was writing us off," said Holloway.[LNB]"But the lads were terrific and showed some real character, and we are going to have to continue to do that from now until the end of the season.[LNB]"I am confident we can do that, though, because we have some real quality in our squad."[LNB][LNB]
