Against Peterborough on Saturday, Holloway made seven changes from the side which had lost the epic Carling Cup encounter at Stoke last Tuesday. He was rewarded as early goals from Jason Euell and Hameur Bouazza gave the Seasiders a comfortable 2-0 victory. The result gave Holloway's men a third successive victory in the Championship and lifted them into the play-off places. Defender Neal Eardley picked up a knock in the early stages against Posh and was replaced by youngster Ashley Eastham, who could now deputise from the start. Defenders Ian Evatt (hamstring) and Danny Coid (tibia), midfielder Ishmel Demontagnac (hamstring) and Daniel Nardiello (hip), Gary Taylor-Fletcher (ankle ligaments) and Stephen McPhee (knee) all look set to remain sidelined.
