Grayson renews winger effort

Blackpool boss Simon Grayson is set to step up his bid to lure Crystal Palace winger Tommy Black to Bloomfield Road, despite already being snubbed by the player.
The former Arsenal man was reluctant to make the move ahead of the transfer window closing, but Grayson is hoping he might consider a temporary switch now the loan market is open for business.
He told the Blackpool Gazette: "There is a possibility that we might still be able to get Tommy on loan and it's something that we've spoken about.
"The problem on deadline day was that unfortunately his wife didn't want to move to the area. They have a two-month old baby and they felt uncomfortable moving up.
"But it's something that we might look into in the future, whether it's a loan deal or something we try to resurrect in the window. We'll just keep an eye on it and keep our options open."
