Grayson keen to keep Kabba

Blackpool boss Simon Grayson is unsure whether he will be able to keep Steve Kabba at the club when the striker's loan spell at Bloomfield Road comes to an end in January.

The 27-year-old has found the net twice in his five appearances for the Seasiders since joining the club from Watford last month.

Grayson said of the former Sheffield United hot-shot: "Although he'd had a bad time at Watford, I knew what we were getting.

"He'd been a class player earlier in his career but it's just that over the last few years he's been desperately short of games.

"We've not really sat down and discussed what might or what might not happen in January yet.

"I just want Steve to concentrate on doing what he's doing and that's to show everyone that he's a quality striker."
