Simon Grayson has been rewarded for guiding Blackpool into contention for automatic promotion by being named the League One Manager of the Month for April.
The Seasiders could still pip second-placed Bristol City for the final automatic promotion spot to the Championship after a run of five straight victories in April.
Blackpool are just two points behind and travel to Swansea City on the final day of the season, while the Robins are at home to Rotherham United.
Grayson beat off competition from Swansea's Roberto Martinez, Cheltenham Town boss John Ward and Nottingham Forest chief Colin Calderwood to the first such accolade of his career.
