Grayson backs his abilities

Boss Simon Grayson is remaining positive and says he can turn around Blackpool's fortunes following Tuesday's 2-0 defeat at Carlisle United.
The defeat at Brunton Park left the Seasiders in the fourth relegation place - four points adrift of Cheltenham in 20th position - and the pressure intensifying on Grayson at Bloomfield Road.
Blackpool have won just one game in their first 11 League One outings, but Grayson is confident results will soon start improving.
He said: "I've said all along that that I have faith in these players, and faith in my own ability as a manger. I'm confident we'll get the results we need but only time will tell.
"You know when you come into the job that it's a precarious industry, and that not many managers are at one club for 20 years.
"We'll all work very hard to turn it around, and I'm very positive about how we performed in this match."
