Gorkss set for Seasiders

Blackpool have agreed a deal to sign Latvia international defender Kaspars Gorkss in the New Year transfer window.
The 25-year-old has agreed a two-and-a-half year deal with the Seasiders and will arrive at Bloomfield Road on a free transfer in January following the expiry of his current contract with Latvian champions Ventspils.
The versatile central defender of left-back has been capped three times by Latvia and made a substitute appearance against Northern Ireland in October.
"There are still a few loose ends to tie up but I'm pleased we've been able to sort out a deal," Seasiders boss Simon Grayson told the Blackpool Gazette.
"I have watched Kaspars several times when I have been over to Latvia and we are signing him because we think he can improve the squad."
