Fan remanded on Euell abuse charge
Robert Mason, who is alleged to have made racist comments towards Euell, was not asked to enter a plea during a brief hearing at Stoke-on-Trent Magistrates' Court.[LNB]The defendant is charged with engaging in racially-aggravated threatening behaviour with intent to cause Euell harassment, alarm or distress.[LNB]Magistrates bailed Mason to reappear at the same court on November 24 following submissions by his solicitor.[LNB]Mason, of Bradwell Lane, Newcastle-under-Lyme, was arrested by Staffordshire Police during Stoke's 4-3 victory against Blackpool on September 22.[LNB][LNB][LNB]
