The Football Association has fined Blackpool manager Simon Grayson and warned him as to his future conduct following an incident in the Seasiders' 1-0 defeat at Rotherham United in March.
Grayson has been fined £250 after admitting using abusive and/or insulting words towards a match official.
The Blackpool manager's mood had not been helped by his side's shock loss at Millmoor.
Since the defeat, Grayson's side have regrouped and have already clinched a place in the play-offs, while Rotherham have been relegated to League Two.
