Blackpool winger Ishmel Demontagnac will miss three first-team games after being sent off in a reserve team fixture against Preston North End.

The 21-year-old former Walsall man was dismissed for a reported headbutt and will sit out upcoming clashes with Doncaster Rovers, Scunthorpe United and Reading.

Boss Ian Holloway told the club's official website: "We have taken him on when he was let go by another club, he has had the frustration of being sat on the sidelines with injury after playing against Wigan and scoring his first goal for us.

"It must be frustrating for him, but at the end of the day he has to start learning and you can't do those sort of things on a football pitch.

"He will learn and he will learn the hard way by missing three first-team matches."
