Clarke 'can't wait' for new season
The 21-year-old was released by the Tractor Boys at the end of the season, but has agreed a two-year deal, with an option for a third year, with Ian Holloway's men.
"I am delighted to be here and I can't wait for the season to start," he told the club's official website. "When I was looking for a club, I knew I wanted to stay as high as I possibly could.
"Fortunately for me Blackpool have come in for me and it's brilliant for me to still be playing in the Championship.
"I didn't think I would get another chance to play in the Championship next season, but I'm delighted the gaffer has given me the chance."
