Blackpool striker Billy Clarke admits progress is slow in his recovery from a serious knee injury.
Clarke could miss the whole of the Tangerines' first Barclays Premier League campaign after undergoing cruciate ligament surgery in the summer.
The 23-year-old former Republic of Ireland striker told the club's website: "I still have another four, five or six months left. It's a slow process.
"It is really tough sometimes, but I am not the worst off. You look at other people around and it could be worse.
"I just have to keep spirits up and the lads and manager are good for that."
