Bouazza and his Algeria teammates booked their place in this summer's World Cup finals over the course of a fraught double header with rivals Egypt.[LNB]Ahead of the first clash in Cairo - which Algeria won 2-0 before winning a play-off in Sudan - the Algeria team bus was bombarded by rocks, causing injury to three players.[LNB]"Obviously they are crazy about football in Egypt, but there can be no excuse for what happened in Cairo," Bouazza told the Daily Mirror.[LNB]"People threw rocks at us, and there was nobody to stop them. Some of the players were hit by flying glass and I only escaped because I was lying on the floor. That is no way to prepare for a World Cup match.[LNB]"The whole experience was a difficult time, very scary. I'm just glad there was a happy ending for us in Sudan."[LNB][LNB][LNB]
