Blackpool manager Simon Grayson has backed the fighting qualities of his Seasiders squad, who have made a solid start to life in the Championship.
Grayson's side have lost just twice in their opening ten league games this season, but six draws have meant that they have often failed to turn one point into three.
He told The Citizen: "We will have to grind out a lot of our results, like we did against Hull, and I've got a group of players capable of doing that.
"We're short of bodies at the moment, but we are certainly capable of mixing it up and playing decent football at times.
"We just need to be a little better at hanging on to our advantage when we get our noses in front."
