Blinkhorn extends loan stay

Blackpool striker Matthew Blinkhorn has extended his loan stay with Bury for another seven weeks. The 21-year-old moved to Gigg Lane on November 22 and has made seven appearances for the club, although six have been from the substitute's bench. Blinkhorn has made 58 first-team appearances for Blackpool, although he has started only 20 games. He spent a brief period with Luton Town during the 2004-05 campaign, making three substitute appearances for the Hatters.
