Blackpool poised for Clarke deal

Ian Holloway is set to make his first acquisition since becoming Blackpool manager by signing striker Billy Clarke on a two-year deal from Ipswich.The club have the option of a third-year for the 21-year-old, who will complete the move when his contract expires 1 July subject to a medical.
