More game time for Taylor-Fletcher

Gary Taylor-Fletcher is in line for further game time when Blackpool host Sheffield Wednesday in the npower Championship.

Taylor-Fletcher appeared as a late substitute as the Seasiders beat Lancashire rivals Burnley 1-0 at Bloomfield Road on Saturday, having been on the sidelines since the start of last month with a hamstring injury.

Midfielder Isaiah Osbourne serves the second game of a three-match suspension but, aside from long-term injury absentee Ian Evatt (knee), boss Paul Ince has no other selection problems.

Ludo Sylvestre netted a superb winner against the Clarets and will go in search of a third goal in as many matches versus Wednesday.

"The thing is that even if I scored with my shin pad it's a goal too so I am just happy for everybody," he told Blackpool's official website when discussing his current purple patch.

"The gaffer believes in me, which is always nice and this gives me confidence and I just want to keep going, playing football."

Danny Pugh will return to contention for Sheffield Wednesday, but fellow loanee Seyi Olofinjana will miss out again.

The versatile Pugh, unable to feature in the weekend defeat at parent club Leeds, could return to the side with Olofinjana still nursing a knee problem.

Another on-loan midfield player, Bolton's Stuart Holden, may be rested as he eases his way back into full match fitness following long-term knee problems of his own.

Striker Steve Howard, on loan from Hartlepool, could return to the starting line-up after making his fourth appearance for the Owls off the substitutes' bench at Leeds, but Gary Madine is definitely out again.

Winger Jermaine Johnson is expected to shake off a slight knee injury and defender Reda Johnson is hoping to continue as he manages an ongoing foot problem.

The Owls, four points above the relegation zone, slipped to their first defeat in five matches at the weekend.
