Basham boost for Blackpool

Blackpool welcome former boss Ian Holloway back to Bloomfield Road with the timely return of Chris Basham.

The former Bolton man played 84 minutes in the 1-1 draw at Blackburn after missing the previous four games due to surgery on a fractured cheekbone.

Paul Ince has no new injury worries, but is still without long-term casualty Ian Evatt, who is out for the season with a knee injury, while striker Gary Taylor-Fletcher is still a few weeks away from returning after tearing his hamstring at the beginning of March against Birmblackpoolingham.

The Tangerines go into the game on a run of one win in eight, and have not recorded a victory at Bloomfield Road since defeating Millwall in February.

Crystal Palace boss Ian Holloway will make changes to his side for his return to Blackpool after watching them get thumped 4-0 by Birmingham City on Good Friday.

The Eagles will welcome back Wilfried Zaha, who missed the game due to a one-match suspension. His return is timely as Palace have lost their last two games, conceding seven goals in the process.

Former Ivory Coast striker Aruna Dindane is now officially a Palace player and has been working hard to get up to match fitness so he can be be considered for selection.

The Eagles have no new injury concerns, but Darcy Blake is still missing with a long-standing knee complaint.
