Blackpool complete Keinan signing

Blackpool have signed Israel defender Dekel Keinan on a free transfer from Maccabi Haifa.Keinan is the Seasiders' seventh summer arrival and has agreed a one-year deal, with an option for a further 12 months. [LNB]The 25-year-old, who has been granted a work permit, will go straight into the squad for Saturday's Premier League match against Arsenal.
