Adam vows to play his cards right

The Scotland international has been warned about his discipline by manager Ian Holloway after collecting his fifth yellow card of the season.[LNB]It meant Adam missed last weekend's match against Doncaster and he is now keen to curb the cards.[LNB]"You have a responsibility to keep your emotions in," he told the Blackpool Gazette. "Sometimes my emotions get the better of me but that's only because I want to win every game.[LNB]"But I have listened to what the manager has said - like I always do - and it is something I need to improve and learn.[LNB]"While I was suspended I thought about the number of silly bookings I have had, and I hope I can improve that side of my game."[LNB][LNB]
