Blackpool will be without captain Charlie Adam for the Barclays Premier League clash with Wolves at Molineux.

Adam starts a two-match suspension after picking up his 10th yellow card of the season in the 3-1 win over Tottenham on Tuesday. In the meantime, the Scotland midfielder is seeing a specialist about a problem which is believed to be abdominal.

Striker Luke Varney should be involved again having been rested for the Spurs game, but Elliot Grandin and Gary Taylor-Fletcher (both hamstring) remain sidelined.

Stephen Crainey has returned to training following his ankle injury, although it is too soon for a first-team return.
