West Ham seal deal for Jacobsen

West Ham have confirmed they have completed the signing of Danish right-back Lars Jacobsen from Blackburn.The move was sealed late on transfer deadline day and was approved by the Premier League on Wednesday. Jacobsen, 30, has earned 35 caps for Denmark and played 16 times for Blackburn since arriving in June 2009.
