West Ham Must Up Olsson Bid

Michael Appleton says that unless West Ham up their offer for Martin Olsson, they will not see him leave Ewood Park.

It has been reported that Big Sam has offered £2million in an attempt to sign the Swede, but Appleton says the club will be sticking tightly to their asking price.

Appleton said: "Nothing is happening at the minute.

"I was made aware of a bid that was put in before I took the reins but it is way below the value we see him at.

"Until a bid reaches the valuation we think it should be, there is not a conversation."
