Tyson wings in
Nathan Tyson insists he will be happy to continue in his wide role against Blackburn in the Carling Cup. The pacy Nottingham Forest striker has been terrorising defences in the Championship this season as a left winger. He returned to the team against Blackpool on Saturday in that position after missing two matches due to the birth of his son. The 27-year-old is on record as stating that his preferred role is as a central striker, but ahead of the third-round tie at the City Ground, Tyson insists he would just be happy to be in the starting XI against the Premier League club. "Down the middle is my favoured position but I just really enjoy being in the team to be honest and I will play anywhere," he said. "I was delighted to get through the 90 minutes on Saturday after missing two games and hopefully I'll get another 90 minutes on Tuesday if I am picked. "I am really enjoying playing out wide and you get a lot of service. Sometimes it can be a bit stop-start but when you get the service you can really enjoy it. "I'm enjoying seeing a lot of the ball and I just want to have as big an impact on the game as I can."
