Centre-half Andy Todd is set to leave Blackburn Rovers this summer, after being told the Ewood Park club will consider bids for his services.
The 32-year-old is a reported target for newly-promoted Sunderland, having slipped down the pecking order with Rovers.
Todd's agent, Peter Harrison, told the Lancashire Evening Telegraph: "He's spoken to the manager and he's told him that he can leave the club for a fee.
"I've spoken to a few clubs and I'm waiting for them to come back to me.
"I don't want to name the clubs at the moment, but I can say that I don't see there being any problems getting Andy fixed up."
Todd joined Blackburn in the summer of 2002 for £750,000 from Charlton Athletic and has gone on to score five goals in 113 appearances for the Lancashire outfit.
