Striker Chamakh in London to force Arsenal move after slamming Bordeaux

Marouane Chamakh is understood to be in London to try to reach a deal with Arsenal after launching an astonishing attack on Bordeaux. The Morocco striker is dismayed at his club demanding £15million from his suitors despite having just a year left on his deal at the French champions. Arsene Wenger admits to interest in the 25-year-old, but is reluctant to pay even half that and are understood to have had a £6m bid rejected last week. Chamakh told French newspaper L'Equipe: 'I am angry, I am disgusted and I do not understand why they have done that.
