Samba focused on Rovers

Defender Christopher Samba insists he is concentrating on Blackburn Rovers despite being linked with a move to Manchester City.

Samba, 25, is reported to be wanted at Eastlands by former Rovers boss Mark Hughes.

However, the DR Congo international claims he is not considering a possible move away from Ewood Park until he is told of any firm interest.

"I am still at Blackburn so I can't comment," he said.

"Whoever wants me will need to talk to Blackburn Rovers and we will see.

"I have nothing to add. I am calm and waiting. I have had a great holiday."
