Blackburn boss Sam Allardyce says the club takeover by Indian company Venky's is edging nearer to completion.The group, which specialises in poultry farming and pharmaceuticals, are in final discussions over a £46m deal to acquire the Ewood Park outfit. Despite the protracted negotiations, Allardyce said: "It is not as quiet as everyone thinks it is because [the deal] is very close to being clinched."
